environmental hazard posed to my residency

i live in F.B Area, block 21, there is a textile spinning mill namely :Fazal Textile Mills. they are the major polluter in our locality, they have not installed any filters to stop emission of short fibers which than accumulates in our homes, damages appliances, and causes health affect to asthema patients and children. even healthy persons suffer cough and other respiratory disorders due to this. and we have submitted many complains to them regarding this, but to no avail. they have now removed all there filters. and openly voilating laws.

the short fibers technically "fibrals" escapes during spinning processes, and makes up to 10% weight during spinning processes. and accumulates in ventilators of Air conditioners, computers, TV, fridges and causes them over heat.

to stop them , one have to install nets at their home windows, which gets chocked with few days , and let the resident to suffer sizzling temperatures at home during load shedding or to face the health hazard.

asthmatic patients certainly cant bear this nuisance at all. they have to take extra dosage of medicines to cop up with it.

as well as their sound level is also affecting hearing.
